I regret to inform you that following the recent government directive regarding places of worship in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic, and acting on strong advice from the Baptist Union, the leadership team at Crofton Park Baptist Church has decided to suspend all church activities, including Sunday morning services until further notice, with immediate effect.
Naturally, this is not a course of action that we have taken lightly, but we feel it is imperative in order to protect our church community and act responsibly in the current climate.
Please be assured that we will be doing everything we can to keep in touch with you in the meantime, and ensure that everyone receives regular contact from a member of the leadership team or other church members.
For those with internet access, we intend to provide a livestream of a shorter service (Bible reading, prayer and sermon) each Sunday morning at 10.30am. We will also seek to make this available in CD format for those who request it.
In the meantime, my prayer is that everyone stays well and that we are able to support and encourage one another during this challenging time.
